Dr Alexander Chan will be joining River Dental in December 2023 as an associate dentist. Alex’s main aims in dentistry are that his patients enjoy their visit, leave smiling with confidence and look forward to their recall appointment with him. He graduated from the University of Liverpool with Honours and three Distinctions, and since graduating he has become a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. Alex is passionate about providing health-centred dentistry and has attended several courses to make the most complex procedures the simplest.

He prides himself on his communication skills and putting even the most nervous patients at ease. He is confident and enjoys providing all areas of dentistry such as Oral Surgery, Composite (White) Fillings and Invisalign.

Alex is making the move down to Hampshire from the Midlands with his Fiancé and Cockapoo! Outside of work he enjoys tennis, skiing and has recently started golf – but wedding planning is taking up most of his time!
