Home-based teeth whitening, tray based.

This tooth whitening method uses custom-made, thin plastic guards which are supplied with and are designed to hold a teeth whitening gel to whiten your teeth at home. These trays – one for your top teeth and one for your lower teeth – are constructed by our dental technician. The teeth whitening process involves wearing the gel-filled trays for one hour, during seven to ten sessions. They can both be worn at the same time or separately.

I broke a crown at the front on a Wednesday and managed to get an emergency appointment with Dr Asim Raja the following day. We agreed a treatment plan and on the Monday he started the preparation work in a 3 hour appointment! Just visited Alison the hygenist - I can’t recommend any more highly. Alison is an excellent hygenist who is very attune to a patient’s needs. As I have been suffering from a frozen shoulder, sitting in a dentist chair might not have been the best idea. However, Alison was very attentive and made sure that I was most comfortable whilst treating my teeth, even adjusting the air con so my shoulder freeze up again!
